A week ago, Erykah Badu promised that a new mixtape titled But You Caint Use My Phone was coming soon and today the legendary songstress shared a live preview of the project’s first single “Phone Down.” The clip was a live look at the filming of the music video for the single, and she announced that the track will be released on Monday through SoundCloud. Unfortunately, it means that the mixtape will not be dropping this week as planned, but nevertheless, its release date shouldn’t be too far away. Listen to the previews here and here
