Keys N Krates - U Already Know
The Toronto trio are back and have a new project on the way.
Toronto’s most talented purveyors of elecronic music have returned. Keys N Krates have announced a new EP entitled Midnight Mass, and have shared a new single. “U Already Know” serves as the lead single for Midnight Mass and stands as our first taste of the project, which will see release through Dim Mak. The production is said to be inspired by the rave sounds of the nineties, and considering Keys N Krates are planning a tour based on the EP this song calls home, that’s a good thing for dancefloor enthusiasts everywhere. “We wanted this tune to be loud, fun and catchy. A bit of a smack in the face, but a fun smack in the face from one of your best buds. The vocal sample made us want to juxtapose different styles, so we drew from 90s rave vibes, current bass music and rap.”
