Drake & Nicki Minaj Among Nominees for TIME Magazine's "Person Of The Year"
Could Nicki Minaj or Drake join many other historic figures as TIME Magazine’s “Person of the Year”?

TIME Magazine‘s “Person of The Year” is an annual award given to an individual or group that has had the greatest impact on the world during that calendar year. It’s not a voting process as the publication’s editors have the final say, but this year TIME is allowing the people to vote for a “Reader’s Choice” winner. Drake and Nicki Minaj are among over fifty other nominees in the voting process. Other nominees include German Chancellor Angela Merkel, President Obama, Syrian President Bashar Assad, Russian President Vladimir Putin. Several high-profile celebrities also made the list such as Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Adele and Viola Davis.
TIME Magazine’s “Person of the Year” will be revealed on the Today Show on December 9. While the public can still cast votes for “Reader’s Choice.” The poll ends on December 4 at 11:59 p.m. est and the winner will be announced on December 7. Place your votes here.
