KENZO Introduces the Sonic
The label’s brand new luxury footwear model.
KENZO continues to make steps towards the footwear market by launching a high-octane, new footwear model this fall called the Sonic. Conceived by the French luxury house’s Creative Director duo Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, the high-end sneaker is made of high-tech engineered construction of leather, rubber, and mesh and has a natural fit for the modern man that matches the KENZO 2015 fall/winter collection themes of utilitarianism and the urban man. It also features a built-in tongue that hugs the ankle, nylon inner lining, matching laces, a TPU heel, and a Phylon sole. The sneaker is offered in four colorways: Jet Black, Uniform Kaki/Grey, Safety Orange and Camouflage White (not pictured).
The KENZO Sonic is now available for purchase in-store and online for $350 USD, and will be dropping soon at Humberto and Carol’s Opening Ceremony.
