Dover Street Market New York received a huge revamp this weekend for its biannual “New Beginning,” signaling the change into the spring/summer season. The brainchild of COMME des GARCONS, the genre-defying mammoth retail space occupies seven floors and incorporates pop-up shops among art installations.
