With a price index increase of 43% and reeling in eight of the highest-selling vehicles at auction this year, the vast majority of the automotive world considers Ferrari as the luxury sportscar brand with the greatest ROI. On the contrary, Discovery Channel conducted its own research to find Porsche, and more specifically the 1973 911 2.7 RS as the quickest-appreciating vehicle in the past decade, at least in the UK. In 2004, prices hovered around £65,000 GBP (approximately $101,350 USD), but buying one today will likely set you back more than £500,000 GBP (approximately $779,600 USD).
