Kanye West & JAY Z to Co-Produce Chris Rock's New Movie

Kanye West and JAY Z have been recruited to co-produce Top Five — an upcoming movie, which was written and directed by Chris Rock. The piece centers around comedian-turned-film star Andre Allen, whose encounter with a journalist, played by Rosario Dawson, forces him to confront the comedy career and his own past. The Watch The Throne duo function as co-producers while ?uestlove has been enlisted as executive music producer. The movie also stars Kevin Hart, Tracy Morgan, Cedric The Entertainer, J.B. Smoove, Sherri Shepherd, Anders Holm, and Jay Pharoah. Paramount recently purchased its distribution rights. Top Five is set to hit theaters via Paramount.
