Brownbook Offers a Glimpse into the Wedding Traditions of the Middle East

Middle Eastern magazine Brownbook presents its special annual fashion publication highlighting Middle Eastern wedding customs and fashion throughout the region and abroad. Aside from celebrating weddings in Morocco, Libya and Niger, topics of particular mention include Palestinian embroidery, Jewish henna and a Muslim wedding in Xinjiang, China. Releasing with a simple indigo cover, the 228-page issue is packed with beautiful photos and hand-drawn illustrations that offer a glimpse into the intricate detail of various wedding costumes. The “Weddings of The Middle East & North Africa” fashion directory is currently available at select shops including Magpile.
