Phoenix - Bankrupt! (Gesaffelstein Remix)

French producer/DJ Gesaffelstein has lended his trademark techno-touch to Phoenix‘s 2013 track, “Bankrupt!” The “dark prince” drags the production into the mud with his new remix, twisting and turning the track into a gothic, industrial slow-churner. This is a little less tailored towards the dance market that usually eats up Gesaffelstein’s remixes, and geared more towards those looking for a gloomy, brooding electronic experience. Or, maybe next time you need to play some music for people coming to your house to trick-or-treat on Halloween, you can let this play on loop for the whole night.
