Wall Dogs: A Day in the Life of New York City Wall Advertisement Painters

Vocativ recently spent a day chronicling the ins and outs of what it truly means to be a New York City wall advertisement Painter. The video entitled “Wall Dogs” exposes the intricate process of producing a wall advertisement from the initial planning, delicate riggings used for suspending from the side of a building, as well as the actual painting process. The painters describe the personal quality that wall painting offers in relation to a computer generated advertisement.
