50 Cent, Nas, Action Bronson & More Announced as Performers in Hot 97's Summer Jam Line-up

Noted as one of the biggest rap and hip-hop celebrations of the year, Hot 97 Summer Jam festival has revealed the line-up for 2014, and was unveiled by Angie Martinez via live stream.
