Watch Kanye West Perform at the 2014 World AIDS Day Concert

With Bono still unable to perform as he recovers from his biking accident in Central Park last month, Coldplay‘s Chris Martin and the Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen, impeccably took on U2 frontman duties for yesterday’s World AIDS Day concert in Times Square, leading the legendary Irish rock outfit through classics like “Beautiful Day,” “With or Without You,” and “Where The Streets Have No Name.” Coupled with a video introduction by President Obama, a speech by former President Bill Clinton, and a performance by country music stalwart Carrie Underwood, the concert did an admirable job of raising awareness about AIDS. The highlight of the show, however, was undoubtedly Kanye West‘s performance. Taking the stage after Underwood, Yeezy was introduced by U2’s Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. as “the most groundbreaking artist in music today” before launching into a raucous hit-filled medley that included the likes of “Power,” “Jesus Walks,” “Black Skinhead,” “Stronger,” and “Touch The Sky.”
You can check out the entirety of the concert above while Ye’s 9-minute performance kicks off at the 27:20 mark.
