Vossen Wheels x Mercedes Benz S550 "Product Placement" by MetroWrapz @ Art Basel Miami

Miami’s Wynwood art district is arguably the crux of attention for the international art community during the second week of December as it becomes the gathering place for galleries around the world to showcase their various artistic offerings as part of the famed Art Basel festival. However, hidden away from the frenetic activity of the artists, creative types and the 75,000 spectators are the most interesting happenings. One such event was a collaboration between MetroWrapz and premier Miami wheel manufacturer Vossen Wheels called “Product Placement,” which saw a custom Renntech-built Mercedes-Benz S550 on display. Inspired by Jon Olsson’s winter-savvy Audi RS6, this canvas of a car features Miami’s all-too-typical flare with 3M reflective vinyl bodywork that comes to life under UV lighting.
