The Farm Company x adidas Originals WMNS 2015 Spring/Summer "Drop One" Collection

adidas Originals‘ latest women’s collection has been created in collaboration with iconic Brazilian label The Farm Company. The collection boasts an array of women’s apparel, footwear and accessories, and is defined by a jungle theme. This upcoming spring/summer collection was inspired by the amazon, where the lookbook was also shot for its vivid tropical backdrop. The pieces of “Drop One” are made with exclusive prints that feature symbols like geometric wildflowers, blazing sunsets, luscious water lilies and bursting leaf and feather motifs, which make for an alluring and enigmatic collection. The vibrant colors of the collection and geometric teeth motifs also pay homage to the traditional body paintings of the indigenous Kayaopo tribe of the amazon. These bold prints are a playful variation to the classic adidas Originals’ sport and streetwear silhouettes that include tracksuits and slouchy boyfriend cuts.
