While two other versions were created for a worldwide release, the sleek black version seen above was made exclusively for the equitably highbrow Dover Street Market Ginza in Japan. The Chapman Brothers’ renowned technique, which references styles used in Renaissance art, matches perfectly with Louis Vuitton’s affinity for geometric patterning, resulting in an elegant all-over print on the shirt.
