OTH Boutique x Taka Hayashi x Vans 2013 Style 36 Originals LX

The Vans OTH Boutique in Montreal recently celebrated its second anniversary, attracting the beautiful people of the city’s social scene to l’Astral for a night of music, dancing and general celebration. With OTH Boutique being a driving force in Montreal’s streetwear scene, the event drew some influential figures. To commemorate the event, iconic designer Taka Hayashi teamed up with Vans to offer a fresh version of the Style 36 Originals LX silhouette. This appropriately light version is executed with an off-white canvas upper, with hints of tonal suede around the toecap and heel counter. Limited to 96 pairs, the sneaker is delivered in a hand-numbered custom canvas wrapping – a fitting package for such a clean piece.
