Lance Mountain x Stussy Shinjuku Chapter 15th Anniversary “Never Grow Up” Exhibition Recap

To celebrate their 15th anniversary, Stussy‘s Shinjuku chapter recruited legendary skateboarder Lance Mountain to create a limited run of custom pieces. The current Nike SB and Flip professional created a series of animations and mixed media collages, centered on the youthful mantra “Never Grow Up.” As Mountain explains, this theme directly ties into his thought process on skateboarding, preserving a dreamy, innovative perspective despite getting older. The pieces were recently shown in an exhibition, with Stussy Japan releasing a total recap of the event that covers how the show came to be from preparation up to its final realization.
