Fresh off a successful collaboration with Vans Vault for Fall/Winter 2013, UBIQ recently linked up with burgeoning headphone and speaker brand, SOL REPUBLIC for two pairs of custom “Tracks V8” headphones. For the occasion, UBIQ hosted a special, invite-only launch reception this past Friday night at its Walnut Street location in downtown Philadelphia. Attendees were welcomed into a transformed second-story event space that featured installations by the SOL REPUBLIC team, a shenanigan-ready photobooth, an open bar with drinks provided by Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine, and sounds by DJ YS.
UBIQ and SOL REPUBLIC unveiled both colorways of the limited edition headphones for the first time ever, while also showcasing a specially crafted friends & family edition-only version of the headphones with a uniquely digitized and pixelated orange design.
