After three years in hiatus, U2 return with “Ordinary Love,” a forthcoming release set to feature on Nelson Mandela‘s biopic; Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom. Written exclusively for the film, the official preview is featured in the film’s trailer in addition to its soundtrack. U2 bassist Adam Clayton revealed via Irish radio station 98 FM that the band’s next album is well underway, looking to the end of November as a finishing date. This would mark the band’s 14th album, a follow-up to 2009’s Line on the Horizon. Fans can expect an eclectic mix of U2 rhythms, in addition to exciting collaborations with Brian Burton, aka Danger Mouse.
