Celebrating the 15th annual GQ Men Of The Year awards this October with five limited edition covers, featuring Tinie Tempah, Lana Del Rey, John Slattery, Robbie Williams and James Corden, today we bring you the photoshoot for the 2012 Woman of the Year, Lana Del Rey. While the four male recipients were all draped in tuxedos for their special covers, Lana takes things for a 180 degree spin as she poses nude, wearing only a diamond and sapphire necklace, bracelet, and ring. Photographed by Mariano Vivanco, one of the most talked about photographs features Del Rey seated with her right breast exposed and grabbed by GQ creative director Paul Solomons.
