Jay-Z - Kickoff Concert at the Barclays Center (Fan Videos)
With last night marking the inaugural lineup of events to take place in Brooklyn’s new Barclays

With last night marking the inaugural lineup of events to take place in Brooklyn’s new Barclays Center, Jay-Z kicked things off in proper fashion. Dressed in his customized Brooklyn Nets jersey donning the number four and his last name on the back (signs of Blueprint IV coming soon), Hov rocked out the sold-out arena of 18,000 fans. Performing over two dozen songs, Jay even went on to surprise fans by bringing out Brooklyn hip-hop legend Big Daddy Kane. Last night’s performance is only the first of eight shows set to take place at the venue, and with the new high-tech arena equipped with free Wi-Fi, fans were able to capture and broadcast footage from the show as it all took place. Down below we gathered some fan-made clips for those who were unable to attend the show; hopefully before all eight shows wrap up, we can all get a live stream, but until then enjoy what we have. Jay-Z will be performing at Barclays through October 6, with the exception of October 2.
