NOWNESS dives into the menus and diets created by Olympic nutritionist Dan Bernadot. Each menu was then carefully recreated and photographed by artists Sarah Parker and Michael Bodiam through some clever usage of laser-cut fiberboard and paper arrangements. The foods needed by gymnasts and triathletes differ only in variety and amounts, because at the end of the day, the metabolisms of both athletes require exceptionally high numbers of calories to remain competitive.
