Better known as Os Gemeos, twin Brazilian brothers Otavio and Gustavo Pandolfo will present their first solo museum exhibition in the United States with the opening of a new show at The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston next month. Known primarily for their large-scale graffiti and urban art in their native Sao Paulo, the brothers’ latest exhibition will explore everything from hip-hop to Brazilian folklore – themes prevalent in past works – and include approximately 11 pieces of colorful and surreal painting and sculpture alongside a brand new public mural created specifically for the event. Opening on August 1, the Os Gemeos exhibition will remain on display through November 25, 2012.
