Opening Ceremony x adidas Originals 2012 Fall/Winter Dress Rubber Shoe

Opening Ceremony has been fairly busy these days, linking up with a range of collaborators for special co-created products. After the announcement arrived that they would be joining adidas Originals on a special Fall/Winter 2012 collection, availability today begins to hit select stockists including End Clothing. The “Dress Rubber” pair of shoes arrives in a decidedly semi-transparent tonal upper and is mocked up in a custom “Legion Blue” colorway. Fusing inspirations from cycling, swimwear and more traditional footwear iterations, the Dress Rubber Shoe is rather understated in terms of branding with the exception of elements of debossed logos on the tongue and heel. Tonal stitchwork and an interior paisley footing that coincides with the overall theme round things out. Availability is now offered through End Clothing for a retail of £95 GBP (approximately $150 USD).
