Joining forces for a good cause, tUnE-yArDs and famed drummer of The Roots, Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson, bring together their talents to create a cover of Fela Kuti’s “Lady” for an upcoming tribute compilation titled Red Hot + FELA. The song also features rapper Akua Naru and singer Angélique Kidjo, and is only available for purchase as proceeds from it will benefit the charities’ fight against AIDS. According to Billboard, the complete compilation will release later this fall.
