Agape Mdumulla and Sam Cotton return to London’s Fashion East/MAN with Agi & Sam‘s next spring/summer collection. Quite like nothing we’ve seen before, the lineup seems to be inspired by an eclectic combination of Japanese tapestry, computer pixels, retro upholstery and needlepoint embroidery. Pieces include tailored blazers, trench coats, tracksuits, swimming shorts, and a biker jacket, as well as a bold range of rainbow-dyed Tabio socks worn under white Birkenstocks. Fabrications include a cloth recycled from plastic soft drink bottles and more traditional material like jersey, cotton and leather.
