Like many other young directors, Marshall has taken to Kickstarter where he hopes to raise $30,000 USD to complete a feature length film shot while in school at the Rhode Island School of Design. Frustrated by his inability to gain respect within the confines of art school Shepard sets out to gain notoriety and acclaim by targeting the most powerful man in Providence, former Mayor Buddy Cianci.” With the film shot over the course of eight days in Providence, Marshall is looking for the artistic communities help to finish his passion project.
