After his “Passing Through” exhibition in the Far East back in 2010, where he debuted his now infamous Sitting Companion installation, KAWS is hopping back over the pond for a solo show entitled “The Nature of Need” at Galerie Perrotin in Hong Kong. Preliminary images of the show reveal KAWS returning to his colorful and geometric designs that showcase his ability to create pop art that is open to many avenues of interpretation. “The Nature of Need” is scheduled to open May 15 and is surely going to be the stage for many artistic surprises.
