In 2002 Linde Werdelin was founded with the aim to develop an analog watch that when required, could combine with a digital instrument to provide vital data for activities such as skiing and diving. Matching contemporary styling with quality materials, Linde Werdelin have developed a philosophy of offering customers style and function without having to compromise. The Danish designer’s latest release is the SpidoLite II Titanium available in both blue and red. Originally launched in 2011, the SpidoLite II range is designed with a lightweight skeletonized titanium casing making the watch extremely functional and perfect for use in extreme sports. A layered structure to the watch face allows for a three-dimensional appearance to the piece and is also designed with a custom-made automatic movement constructed by Concepto; the independent movement manufacturer based in La Chaux de Fonds. The titanium casing allows the SpidoLite to be both robust and modern in its styling and is complete with a calfskin wrist-strap. Available in a limited release the Linde Werdelin SpidoLite II Titanium is priced at 10,400.00 CHF excluding VAT (approximately $11,150 USD).
