Shwood Recovery Initiative Releases Limited Canby Frames to Support Hurricane Sandy Victims
Although Hurricane Sandy has since passed, the toll that it has taken upon the lives of thousands

Although Hurricane Sandy has since passed, the toll that it has taken upon the lives of thousands is far from healed. Playing their part in helping the victims, Shwood has launched its “Shwood Recovery Initiative.” The campaign kicks off with the custom woodwork shop minting a special Santos Mahogany iteration of its classic Canby frames with 10% off all sales over the next 30 days going to the American Red Cross. Paying homage to the unity that is provided when natural disasters strike, the frames are emblazoned with the Latin phrase “E pluribus unum” which translates to “many uniting as one.” The collection is now available through the Shwood online store with retail ranging from $155 USD to $195 USD.
