adidas Originals has teamed up with Auckland’s Qubic Store and the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team to present an exclusive design to its iconic Campus 80’s silhouette. Drawing inspiration from All Blacks’ 2011 jersey which pays tribute to the team’s iconic 1987 design, adidas Originals has incorporated the notable white collar to the iconic footwear via a minimal black/white color scheme. In addition, this significant collaboration highlights the initial marking of the highly protected Silver Fern symbol to an adidas Originals footwear, and first for both to work on for a special project. Dubbed as “all heroes,” the exclusive footwear pack will be available for a limited run of 100 quantities. Fifteen of which will come in a special collector’s metal locker box loaded with custom foam insert, player’s signature plaque, a pair of NZ-made merino wool socks, and a double pack of “all heroes” trading cards; while the remaining pairs will come in regular adidas Originals boxes with a special printed tissue featuring artwork by Elliot F Steward, NZ-made merino socks and double pack of “all heroes” trading cards. On September 23, only the first 15 people in Qubic Store will receive the opportunity to purchase the limited collector’s set which will start at 10 a.m., while the remaining pairs will be released globally for purchase at Qubicstore.com on the same day starting 12 p.m.
