Jay-Z added to performance lineup at iHeartRadio Music Festival

Clear Channel Radio broke the news today and announced Jay-Z to also perform amongst their already impressive lineup that was set for the two-day iHeartRadio Music Festival. Set to hit the stage this year are Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, Coldplay, The Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, John Mayer, David Guetta, Nicky Minaj, Usher and even the old time legend, Sting! Quite an impressive lineup if we don’t say so ourselves, and now with Jay-Z on board it can only make things more interesting. Check out some excerpts of the official press release below:

“When we conceived the iHeartRadio Music Festival we set out to break down boundaries between genres and assemble a collection of the biggest musicians in the world,” said Bob Pittman, Chairman of Media and Entertainment Platforms for Clear Channel. “JAY-Z embodies that range; he has had a defining influence on music, and the creative influence he continues to have on other artists cannot be overstated. Adding him to the line-up is yet one more reason the festival will be a once-in-a-lifetime music event.”
