Topman recently invited six designers to put a spin on the classic pea coat jacket. The project brought together Timo Weiland, Todd Lynn, Alister Mackie, Tim Hamilton, James Small and the company’s own Topman Design for the seventh installment of the Topman ‘Classics Projects.’ The designers took to reworking shapes, fabrics linings and construction details to bring their a lineup of contemporary designs to the traditional coat. The Pea Coat Project releases today at selected Topman stores and independent boutiques globally ranging from £130 EUR (approximately $170 USD) to £180 EUR (approximately $240 USD).
