We’ve seen a recent movement as footwear brands combine conventional menswear aesthetics onto the soles of sneakers. Few do it as good as the somewhat recently revamped CLAE, self-proclaimed innovators of Athleisure footwear. Their 2008 fall/winter collection features the Athleisure concept in full force as traditional styles such as wingtips and moc-styles are adhered to a sneaker bottom.
