Sneaker season has officially kicked off with the release of the Nike SB Stefan Janoski. The shoes are designed after professional skateboard legend Stefan Janoski with the stylings and functionality of the very shoes the boarder wears himself. Featured in an obsidian blue colorway with a gum sole, this shoe is complemented with white stitching and dark leather piping. For function, the sneaker is created in a nubuck suede for those unexpected scuffs while you’re hitting the pavement. Available now at Primitive.

Continuing its impressive string of releases, Nike SB offers yet another Spring colorway in the brand’s popular Zoom Stefan Janoski. The deck-inspired shoes are featured in a white perforated leather motif, accented with black piping and trademark tongue branding. Available now through Nike SB accounts, including Flatspot.

While toys have arguably been the focal point of the Michael Lau Gardener 10th Exhibition, Michael Lau has more up his sleeve as we unveil his collaboration Nike on one of Nike SB’s newest models, the Zoom Janoski. Exactly in-line with Lau’s theme for this collection of toys, the upper is constructed in a wood pattern similar to his previous Nike SB Dunk Low from a few years ago. The shoe will release on October 3rd, 2009 during the last day of the exhibition.

Nike SB unveil their 2009 July releases. At the top of the order is a new colorway of the relatively recently debuted Stefan Janoski pro-model as it comes in a light tan/khaki colorway. The clean, simple vulcanized shoe is joined by Nike SB’s staples of Dunks and Blazers as well as a Bruin and a Zoom Tre A.D. Look for these at your local Nike SB skate shop.

Awarded with the second signature shoe ever given to a Nike SB athlete, Stefan Janoski continues Nike’s skateboarding efforts with an endless pursuit of perfection. Over 15 months in the making, the Zoom Stefan Janoski model has ran through countless design stages, removing and implementing features, in the hope of creating a silhouette wearable during and after a bruising skate session. With the patient direction of Head Designer James Arizumi and Design Director Michael Leon, the shoes have finally come into fruition. Taking inspiration from countless subjects from Stefan’s personality, including music, hometown inspirations and old world elements, this latest addition to the already stellar Nike SB roster gives the brand a second identity. The shoe coupled smoothly alongside the technical aspects of their Paul Rodriguez signature range offers a diverse and complete range. We recently caught up with James Arizumi and Michael Leon, to learn a bit more about their latest footwear project, alongside one of the more distinguished and humble gentleman in the industry, Stefan Janoski.

Celebrating the launch of Stefan Janoski’s inaugural signature skate shoe, Nike SB commemorated the occasion with a bash at The Edison in Los Angeles, last night. The event was definitely something out of the ordinary, cleverly emphasizing the Old World theme associated with the design aesthetics of the Zoom Stefan Janoski. Of course, the night wouldn’t have been what it was without a special appearance by the man himself, rewarded with a special surprise in the process and a live performance by his favorite band, Danielson. With a release schedule for May 8th, the Nike SB Stefan Janoski has now landed at select Nike SB accounts. The kicks feature a fusion of skate shoes, boat shoes, and everything in between. Two colorways are now available for pre-order through CCS, including a black/white and brown/tan.

A much anticipated look into Nike SB starlet’s third generation signature skate shoe has been unveiled in a clear look seen here. The shoe seen in black/safari and red colors is joined by the Stefan Janoski pro-model in what appears to be a cracked leather as well as a gray/yellow Dunk Mid. Joining only Paul Rodriguez on the Nike SB team to get their very own signature shoe, here’s a look into the future regarding a fall colorway of the Stefan Janoski pro-model. The shoe features an mash-up of pre-existing styles across the board including hits of the Sabuka in a low-top deck shoe-like form. This is just a preview of upcoming releases from what should be a well-received shoe from Nike SB.
