Supreme has just released their Western Conference Caps. This cap comes in 4 colorways: white, black, green, and blue. The cap includes a graphic very similar to the San Antonio Spurs logo, with the "U" in Supreme being replaced by a spur. The graphics on the black and white caps also feature similar color combinations as the Spurs logo. It seems like the folks at Supreme might have a winner in mind for the Western Conference this year. Source: HS

Spearheaded by creative director jeffstaple, the once common sports necessity Starter is set for a huge return to the market in fall of 2008. Initial looks feature crewnecks, tees and the insanely popular Starter jackets which were at the center of a massive marketing campaign earlier this year. A few weeks ago, Starter jackets started dropping on the doorsteps of various people in the industry. For a time there, it was a steady flow of jackets. After the well dried up and no Hypebeast x Starter Jacket arrived, I tore the office apart in a fit of rage and cried myself to sleep for consecutive nights on this indirect dis. However that all changed when low and behold our own Starter jacket showed up. I spent that night fornicating to the soft silky feel of the jacket. If you've tuned in the last few days, Starter has been sending out custom jackets around the world to what are arguably some of the most influential brands/media sources/shops in the industry. Nort is the latest player to get hooked up with a Starter jacket. A grip of different brands and groups have received a jacket which include The Hundreds, In4mation, Freshness, Complex, Goodfoot and Mighty Healthy with no end in sight. The rumor mills been churning and Starter should be back with a bang.

The likes of Paul Molitor, Joe Carter, John Olerud, Roberto Alomar, Jack Morris and the rest of the early 90s World Series winning Toronto Bluejays come to mind with this latest Goodfoot x Starter jacket, gifted to the Toronto rooted sneaker boutique. Unfortunately, this one is strictly promotional but who knows what will happen down the line as Starter hits full steam.
