Mark Ronson unleashes the official video of his synth-heavy tune entitled “Bang Bang Bang”. The track was co-written with the Kaiser Chiefs’ Nick Hodgson and features the talents of rapper Q-Tip and electro artist MNDR. The song can be found on the producer’s forthcoming album, Record Collection. Here’s the scoop:

‘Bang Bang Bang’ takes place on a TV show in an unknown country in an unknown time period with an unknown cast of characters. In fact, it’s a lot like ‘Lost,’ but with a better ending. The only thing you need to know is that somewhere in this world, Q-Tip, MNDR and myself are performing the most exciting song ever. And for 3:50, people from all over the galaxy are having the time of their life.

Q-Tip’s latest video premier comes not a second too late. This off one of 2008′s most distinguished Hip Hop albums, The Renaissance. The crossover track features vocals from the very talented Grammy award winning Norah Jones – and is just one of the few Hip Hop collaborations she ever does. The video fittingly, went along the with song theme. Very animation driven and abstract, and brought forth by video director Goodtimes. Check it out.

With legendary rapper Q-Tip dropping his latest solo album The Renaissance, Universal Motown Records looked to Absurd to help create a special t-shirt as a tribute to the album’s November 4th release. With Epiphany also coming on board, Angelo Baque of Absurd and Virus has created this following exclusive t-shirt given away to select friends and family. The album The Renaissance is available on iTunes starting November 4th.

Respected street wear brand Alife has emblazoned many of their well constructed t-shirts with slogans, pictures and logos of some of our favorite artists over the years. Alife now pays homage to legendary Hip Hop group A Tribe Called Quest by featuring Q-tip’s instantly recognizable lyrics on the front.
