PF Flyers is set to introduce two packs for Fall/Winter 2012. The first pack features the timeless Center in both high and low-top form, each with a blank woven navy upper that can be customized to create a holiday sweater-like effect. The second collection features the Center Hi in a number of montone makeups, a look previously unseen on the classic Posture Foundation model.

Once again PF Flyers digs into its deep archive with a modern reinterpretation of the Taghkanic and Mohonk shoes from 1949. PF joins forces with the esteemed Freemans Sporting Club, a New York-based retailer and label whose handmade menswear line is a celebration of local tradition and craftsmanship with enduring, timeless design exclusively available at their two stores. With both brands united in the ongoing pursuit of classic American style, PF has been long stocked at FSC’s NYC stores. The Taghkanic, named after a Hudson River lakefront holiday destination, is a revision of a saddle shoe from PF’s 1949 catalog. The Mohonk is a streamlined canvas rec boot named for FSC’s picturesque Appalachian Mountain escape. Announced together with an upcoming San Francisco location, Freemans Sporting Club embarks on an upcoming capsule of footwear with fellow American brand PF Flyers. The initial range will be part of a new wholesale program with the line featuring the revival of two vintage 1949 styles. The low boot and saddle shoe will retail for $80 USD and $70 USD respectively with a launch slated for May via retailers such as American Rag, Conveyor, Local 35, Union Made, Villains and Revolveclothing.com.

These PF Flyers shoes are the same classic style we’ve grown to know and love over the years. With its distinct canvas upper, the Centre Lo features a rubber sole unit with bumper toe box along with white laces, accents and midsole. PF Flyers has been one of the USA’s longest serving sneaker brands. Among the first to offer a special signature sneaker in the modern era to basketball star Bob Cousy, PF Flyers offer both the Cousy Lo and the Center Hi in a matching pack seen here. Featured in a hickory stripe cloth, both styles should hit select retailers this season.

Originally released in 1953, the PF Flyers Center Hi sneaker is a versatile, vulcanized mid-century basketball classic. With a signature vertically ribbed toe guard, diamond-patterned outsole and posture foundation insole, the kicks pair of school flavor with contemporary styling. For the holidays, two new colorways are introduced including a black leather with red trim and dark red leather with black. Both are now available through select PF Flyers accounts, including the brand’s online store.

PF Flyers have collaborated with Bleu De Paname on the former label’s 1943 PF Flyers Rambler model in both its hi and low-cut forms. Aptly named the Bleu Rambler series, each version is designed in the same deep blue colorway, created using Bleu de Paname’s French-milled moleskin and denim. Finished with white detailing, laces, toebox and sole, the Franco-American collab is to release in limited numbers from November 10 at select boutiques worldwide including: Dover Street Market (London), colette (Paris) and Comme des Garçons (Tokyo).

PF Flyers have pulled this classic tennis model from their archive and have reworked them in both high and low cut forms as part of their forthcoming fall/winter collection. The high top version features nylon and leather upper panels, full-grain lining from the heel to ankle and yellow midsoles. Meanwhile, the low top takes on a mainly canvas construction with hints of leather accents. Both shoes are available this month at select PF Flyers stockists across South East Asia.

Its bold sport details of high-visibility hash mark foxing and pronounced diamond toe bumper are balanced with vintage style of two-tone stitching, fine weave 9 oz. canvas, striated toecap and inner webbing stripe. Updated for Holiday 2009, the PF Flyers Astor fuses fashion-forward thinking with classic sport lifestyle shoes, elevating the combined perspective of fashion and sport. The high top sneakers are built on a minimalist couture court sole and feature a fully ribbed upper, tongue with a leather hook-and-loop closure, and leather laces. Two colorways (bronze quilted textile/nubuck and grey quilted textile/nubuck) are now available at select retailers, including Sportie LA and Eilatan, amongst others.
