Now available from Oakley is latest look for the brand’s classic Frogskins. Utilizing High Definition Optics and colorful Iridium-coated lenses, the lightweight Frogskins now come in five different Acid Tortoise looks. The blue, orange, and black renditions each offer increased visual contrast and a boost to depth perception, while the green and pink versions offer a more neutral view and natural color recognition. Complete with a Microclear bag for storage and lens cleaning, the Acid Tortoise Frogskins will be available from select Oakley retailers for a limited time beginning in mid-April.

Eyewear powerhouse Oakley teamed up with fragment design to offer a small run of the almighty Frogskins silo. The collection features 3 distinct colorways in a camouflage-inspired tortoiseshell print, with the two brands’ respected insignias detailed on the temples. Oakley’s popular resurrected Frogskins sunglasses make a return in this ’80s-inspired Blacklight Pack, most notable for lighting up under black lights. The retro frames make an appearance in a variety of vibrant hues, each featuring polarized lenses with two-tone colors on the temples and frames. Produced in limited quantities, these rare retro classics will be available soon online, priced at $120 USD.

Parisian collective BKRW link up with Oakley to develop a set of limited edition Frogskins sunglasses, produced in two color options and offered in a run of only 30 units each. Featuring a geometric pattern, the shades are the epitome of California lifestyle, now outfitted with a slight Paris flair from the retailer/web publication. Availability begins Friday through BLACKRAINBOW Paris, although both colorways can be found now via the BKRW Facebook store, both here and here.

The Oakley collaborations have come fast and furious in Japan as of late. Several retailers have been bestowed their own signature Frogskins including streetwear brand Back Channel. Their particular offering merges an iconic design with one of Oakley’s own signature styles to create SMOG TORTOISE. The hazy tortoise pattern is predominately dark with a laser engraved logo on the lenses. Available starting July 1.

Japanese retailer BEAMS join forces with Oakley on a new capsule of signature Frogskin glasses. The iconic style features a gradient frame comprised of solid and translucent touches with a multicolored Oakley logo on the arm of the frame. Available in two different versions through BEAMS.

Coming off the heels of a Valentine’s Day release, Oakley celebrates Saint Patrick’s Day with a special version of its iconic Frogskins silhouette. Produced in limited numbers, the shades will unfortunately only be gifted to select individuals, each decked out with clear green frames, gold iridium lenses and a gold Oakley stamp on the inside.

In their first collaboration together, Japanese retailer atmos has teamed up with California eyewear brand Oakley to design its very own model of bespoke sunglasses. The first style, the Jawbone, features a black and white speckled, glow-in-the-dark frame with Oakley’s signature black iridium lenses. The second style, the Frogskin, features a black frame with multicolored speckles and a clear lens. The sunglasses will be available soon in limited quantities through atmos.

Originally previewed back in December, the Acid Series from Oakley finally begins to release. Consisting of five different colorways, the shades are a compliment to last year’s Fade Series, with each boasting grey lenses.
