Ronnie Fieg has proclaimed the New Balance 1300CL to be the best shoe ever created by the brand. This classic shoe has been created in a variety of colorways over the years, making it one the most prominent and exclusive styles to get. Earlier this year, a Japanese version of this shoe was released in anticipation for the original version. This Fall, the original model is available at selected doors in limited release. Having been the focus of an impressive and well-received 1300 retro earlier this year in an original colorway, New Balance continue the 1300 love with a new pack slated for a summer release. Muted grays and blacks are paired with some strong highlight colors over three similar colorways. Included are fuchsia, blue and neon green with that stellar Flimby-made UK quality. Originally introduced back in 1985 as runners, the M1300 soon became one of the most sought-after models from New Balance. Since the initial release of the model, the M1300 (more specifically the M1300 J) in its original colorway and design has been re-issued only every five years. Like most New Balance sneakers, the M1300 features the signature ENCAP cushion. The M1300 will be released in limited quantities on March 6th for a set retail price of ¥29,400 at retailers such as mita sneakers. Fans have been waiting for this release since 2005 so don’t miss out on this one.
