However thanks to Pete Leonard's personal blog we see a small preview of some women's tees set to be released in the Fall. For spring 2008, King Stampede focused on creating clean pieces that can be worn day after day. This classic look is evident in their choice of mostly solid colored fabrics alongside a minimal use of branding details on a number of button-up shirts, selvedge denim, and an updated short fit that hits just above the knee for a more mature look. The collection also includes King Stampede's signature New Era caps and graphic tees. This time around the graphics were designed with a "one off" approach to give a stream of consciousness feeling to the collection. The imagery was influenced by mystical thinking and the psychedelic experience of visionaries such as Aldous Huxley, Gordon Wasson and Albert Hofmann. Available now at Boundless NY.
