The world wide phenomenon of Hello Kitty is set to hit Hong Kong later this month with the upcoming Black Wonder event. As part of the festivities, SiLLY THING and sister-label Chapel of Dawn are stepping in for a special fashion related collaborative effort. Sanrio's famous Hello Kitty character continues to hit Japanese brands such as Atmos, Undercover and now, KIKS TYO. The latest Hello Kitty collaboration is this KIKS TYO "Hoshino Akitty" tee which is done with the sexy Japanese bikini model, Hoshino Aki. Three designs will be released, the first two featuring Hello Kitty while the last one will feature Hoshino Aki. The first tee will be released in April followed by second tee in May and the third tee in July. Pre-order for the first tee is now available at KIKS TYO.

Undercover has teamed up with Sanrio for a Hello Kitty collaboration. This project produced by Medicom Toy will include a Undercover x Sanrio x Medicom Toy Hello Kitty figure as well as a keychain. Three variations of the Hello Kitty figure will be available including a black & white Hello Kitty, a no face Hello Kitty and a ribbon face Hello Kitty. They will be released at the Undercover store, some Sanrio stores as well as the 1/6 計画 store starting February 24th. Source: Honeyee

Since last year, the Japanese boutique, Atmos, and the world famous character, Hello Kitty, teamed up to release a galore of collaboration products including t-shirts and accessories. Their partnership continues this time working with footwear maker Ubiq. Utilizing the Grace model as the silhouette, Atmos has created three different colorways that feature cute Hello Kitty graphics on the shoes. These limited sneakers will be coming out on January 18th, 2008 and retails for 14,700 Yen.

That cute & cuddly Japanese icon Hello Kitty has probably received more than enough air time on these pages than it has deserved but something about going out and customizing a real AR-15 is something that's just insane. The customizer presented this to his wife in some sort of a stance relating to gun legislation.
