The Stussy Destiny collection represented a team up featuring familiar entities Stussy and legendary graffiti artist Futura. Among the prints created exclusively for the collection is this multi-colored monogram which is now seen on an upcoming 400% Medicom Toy Bearbrick. A release date has tentatively been set for May 3rd.

With our look at the Futura x Stussy "Destiny" collection yesterday, we saw the strong influences of prints created exclusively for the Destiny collection by Futura. The latest use of the Destiny Jungle Camo can be seen on the Pillica sandal from Tatami. Available this weekend, March 29th with a suggested price tag of ¥23,940 JPY (approximately $239 USD).

In a team up creating the "Destiny" collection, Futura and Stussy both represent powerful and iconic identities with credentials and accolades of shocking length. The collection is simple in its construction and stylings, maintaining mostly neutral styles and colors. The two New York artist Futura and Stash will be opening the "Look Ma No Brakes" art exhibition very soon in Berlin. The exhibition which is themed around fixed gear biking will have special guest performances by Artoo and Clintwood. The event will take place on March 21th starting at 19:00.

Part of the Stussy x Futura "Destiny" collection is this new "Skullacon" series which include a New Era Fitted Cap and a pair of swim shorts both decorated with colorful Skulls designed by Futura. Recon's Jared Liner and Richard Walker has started a new sunglasses brand called R3. One of the upcoming sunglasses from R3 will be this one designed by the artist Futura. No exact release date have been set but the glasses should be out sometime in the summer. Oh and they're made in Japan as well.

Beams T has teamed up with the well known artist, Futura, on two t-shirts and a cap. Even though we have seen a lot of Futura Laboratories items lately, we really like this collabo especially Futura tagging Beams T. There must be something magical about the way he writes or maybe its just that we're bias. Anyhow, the items are now available at the Beams T store.
