Thrasher Magazine just released the second installment to their King of the Road series, which documents 10 days on the road with the various skate teams from Vans, Nike SB, Lakai and Deckline. This time around, the spotlight shifts to the Nike SB caravan during their recent trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico. The video includes Ishod Wair, Grant Taylor, Shane O’Neil, Eric Koston, and Cory Kennedy as they take on a handful of strange and crazy challenges – some skate-related and some totally random (i.e. Hug a Juggalo). As the official release date nears for the unveiling of Eric Koston’s upcoming Zoom Eric Koston, Nike SB has started prepping everybody about the launch with some interesting marketing materials. This bobble head bearing a striking resemblance to Eric Koston has been seeded to select retailers, including Premier.

Just a week after the initial launch, Nike SB has just published a second video from “The Bird is the Word” European tour. Entitled “Street Life” the second instalment again sees Nike’s pro-skate team in full force. Skating at both local parks and on the street the team performs, as always, at the highest quality and clad in Nike SB gear.
