No other release from Undefeated has seemed to garner the same support and following as its Converse Poorman Weapon. Originally beginning with an olive green version, we’ve now seen it enter its fifth iteration with an exclusive look at this burgundy joint. The colorway joins other models including the aforementioned olive, gunmetal gray and black. The release of this model coincides with next week’s trade show stop in Las Vegas as it features a similar approach to design. A release is set for Tuesday, Feb. 15 for Las Vegas with a Los Angeles drop slated for Friday, Feb. 18.

Following the preview a couple of days back, Undefeated gives us a closer look into the latest installment of its ongoing collaboration with Converse. Working with a battleship grey, the classic Poorman Weapon sees the familiar nylon treatment, of course inspired by the iconic MA-1 military silhouette. A release for the kicks is set for November 26th, 2010 at Undefeated, with an accompanying bag and nicely produced MA-1 jacket available as part of the collection.

Following a series of colorways dating back to 2009, Undefeated returns for Winter 2010 with an additional release in the brand’s co-lab on Converse’s popular Poorman Weapon silhouette. Much like its predecessor in olive green, this latest rendition features a bright orange liner with the uppers sporting a dark grey nylon finish. White midsoles add contrast with the removable logos via the tongue and medial panel staying in tact. The shoe will be accompanied by a matching MA-1 flight jacket which will see a release at both Undefeated Tokyo and Shizuoka shops later this month. Stay tuned for further details on a US release.

Bodega and Converse have once again joined forces – this time to re-imagine the Poorman Weapon as a sophisticated beast yet unseen by the world. Transforming the original silhouette into a super high-top that can be worn rolled down, the focus of this project was to achieve harmony between the chosen materials. An extra high refined waxed canvas upper is paired with a supple deerskin lining to make this Poorman’s Weapon seem not quite so poor. The natural properties of deerskin leather shine with its extremely high strength and resistance to abrasion. Generally used for motorcycle gloves, deerskin’s unique fiber structure keeps you cool at high noon and warm as night falls. The charcoal colorway keeps this forward thinking shoe toned down, while a gusseted tongue and waxed laces combined with the leather’s inherent water repellent qualities keep it an all weather shoe.

A release is set for Saturday, March 13th at Bodega. The shoe will come in a custom ballistic nylon case lined with shearling. An etched flask will be included for those over 21 years of age. This pack retails for $120 USD, is limited to 100 sets and contains all the elements necessary for surviving the long winter and wet spring.

UNDFTD will celebrate the launch of their latest footwear collaboration with Converse later this week. The Poorman Weapon in olive green will begin its release on Friday, May 15th between 7 pm and 10 pm at UNDFTD Silverlake in Los Angeles. As an added bonus and something UNDFTD has been really good about as of late, the sneaker boutique will raffle off a special package via their Facebook page.

After the successful launch of the Converse Poorman Weapon in black with sneaker store UNDFTD, Converse are serving up another helping of the well-received sneaker, this time in olive green. The shoe’s upper is reminiscent of classic nylon bomber and flight jackets. The full-on olive green upper is also marked by a removable Converse logo. The shoes will release on Armed Forces Day which is set for May 16th, 2009. Exclusive to UNDFTD, the shoes carry a suggested retail price of $92 USD.

Following up on our initial previews, Undefeated get set to drop their flight jacket inspired Poorman’s Weapon this Saturday January 24th. The nylon infused kicks feature a much more active upper than their similar counterpart in the Chuck Taylor All-Star with interchangeable patches and a vibrant liner. All Undefeated chapter stores will receive the sneakers this Saturday, while the webstore will stock up on Monday the 26th.

Celebrating their 100 year history, the Converse century project takes on a couple of old school models for their September releases. Within the lineup, the 70′s original One Star Hi gets both a black/white and brown/black full leather colorway while keeping its classic appearance in tact, while the Poorman Hi features a pure new school re-incarnation with military boot inspiration. Both models have just hit the Overkill shop, with a retail of approx. $155 USD each.
