In hopes of coming fast and furious with a t-shirt(s) per week pace for their 1 year anniversary, Purist Boutique are serving two more collaborations this weekend on the back of their inaugural release with Futura Laboratories. Seen here are co-branded products with both Recon and Black Scale. The Recon joint revolves around a military inspiration that has manifested itself with Recon since the start with a twist on mortality, faith and war. The friends & family black/3M version is seen here while the general release will be white/black. With Black Scale, Purist felt the need to create a design which was indicative of the direction that Black Scale was striving for as a beyond the masses fashion forward label. The general release black/3M version is seen here. Available this Saturday, June 14th only at Purist.
A respected brand amongst many with a strong New York heritage, SSUR has dropped a new shipment of headwear at the mecca of hats, Hall of Fame. The selection contains mostly knitted stuff ranging from special SSUR x Kangol team ups on some bold designs and pushing the envelope with some neck breaking balaclavas. Already into its third season, Black Scale has ensured a strong and relevant theme manifests itself season to season. With the looming US elections on the horizon, it was a natural choice for Black Scale to look to politics and the government for it's season 3 collection.
