Newly available from Bell & Ross are a set of steel straps for the Vintage BR collection. Coming in polished stainless steel for the Original 123 and 126 and in satin steel for the Officer 123 and 126, the finishes give the chronographs a decidedly elegant finish that stands out amongst the line’s usual leather straps. Each version is now available at select Bell & Ross retailers.

Inspired by the instruments inside of a fighter pilot’s cockpit, the Bell & Ross BR0392 Ceramic Military Watch looks like it’s capable of knocking bogies out of the sky with the simple flashing of one’s wrist. The green colorway comes from the camouflage utilized during times of war or when out executing a mission. The use of 100% ceramic construction marks the very first time a chronograph has utilized such a material – making it very resilient and light. The latest BR series iterations from Bell & Ross takes shape with the introduction of the “Flight Instruments” collection for spring/summer. A followup to the previously unveiled BR 01 Horizon, the two releases round out the aptly branded flight-inspired timepieces. An “Altimeter” model garners its name from an actual altimeter, a theme that is quite obvious with the unique aesthetic of the black and white dial. The second installment gives nod to a turn coordinator gauge. Each watch is completed with a tonal black strap that comes emblazoned with the trademark “BR” debossing.

The preceding interpretations of the BR 01 aviation watch were produced with a more artistic vision, focusing on roulette-inspired designs, while retaining a great scale of authentic elements. Arguably the most iconic silhouette within Bell & Ross’s eclectic lineup, the BR 01 watch receives a new iteration that’s designed after the horizon gauge from an aircraft instrument panel. The minimalist aesthetic of the watch features a two-tone dial, lone pointer and uniform marks.

Bell & Ross have unveiled their latest chronograph, the BR 03-90 Power Reserve. The brand new offering from Bruno Belamich and Carlos A. Rosillo features a matte black face with a photo-luminescent coating on the numerals, index and hands. Encased in 42mm of satin-brushed steel and topped off with an anti-reflective sapphire glass cover and rugged black rubber and heavy-duty synthetic straps, the aviation-inspired watch is a perfectly understated look for professional and casual wear alike. If you’re a fan of the stealthy, murdered-out timepiece trend, Bell & Ross have exactly what you’re looking for, adding two new enticing carbon fiber variations to their highly decorated BR 01 Aviation series of watches. While the use of carbon fiber is no stranger to this impressive line, the black-on-black detailing between the large 46mm case, and the dial and hands most definitely is, resulting in the ‘Phantom’ delineation. Right down to the unique rubber and carbon fiber stitched band, the Phantom is clearly inspired by B-117 stealth fighters with their striking ‘hidden in plain view’ aesthetic.

Bell & Ross unveil its PW1 and vintage WW1 watches, both of which are reminiscent of a pre-World War I horology, place and aesthetic. Bell & Ross designer, Bruno Belamich, has said “we are delving into the past even more to round out our collection. The challenge? To remain faithful to present day watch-making standards while adapting them to Bell & Ross design principles.” The PW1 (short for pocket-watch 1) is a fob watch of rare dignity, while the WW1 (wrist watch 1) recalls a time when French soldiers wore and flew with a similar model. The domed crystal gives the watch a vintage look. Unlike the original, it is made from sapphire – a hard-wearing material – using perfected techniques. Their polished steel case, combined with a domed, sunburst dial epitomizes the classic design that is inspired by the past.

Distinctive watchmakers Bell & Ross have designed a WWI-inspired watch that marks a departure from their mostly square silhouettes. The watch features a bold round-face and tan leather strap that stands out, but is entirely wearable on a daily basis. French watch company Bell & Ross launches a new style of the “BR01 Casino” at Horologio in Las Vegas. The new rendition of the roulette-inspired timepiece features a black casing with PVD finish that’s quite understated compared to the preceding model. The “BR01 Casino” does however come with an interesting green/red/black roulette table-inspired dial that’s a more authentic element to the watch.
