The Carnival of Venice is a yearly festival which celebrates the wearing of masks. The first recorded Carnival took place in 1268 and has been banned over the century. In the late 1970's the Carnival was revived and has been going on ever since. The Carnival takes place from January 25th to February 5th. Adidas has taken this chance to come out with a sneaker dedicated to this event. Utilizing the Micropacer model, Adidas has created a black colorway sneaker using leather, nylon and suede for the upper. This Adidas Carnival of Venice Micropacer is now available at Overkill Berlin.
