The latest release from the adidas Consortium series features the slim profiled Superskate Street. Despite the multitude of colors used, the sneaker is kept in check thanks largely in part to an all white upper and sole. New from adidas is the Consortium Causal Series which includes five sneakers, the Bamba, the Samba, the Tobacco, the Forest Hill, and the Jeans. Each pair is special in its own way. For example, the Jeans model features a Argyle Jersey design while the Samba features a cotton corduroy upper. Each pair is limited to 390 and are now available at Hanon Shop.

With 2008 clearly showing signs of a vintage runner resurgence from all the major labels, we've seen various rarely before seen models emerge from the wood work. As one adidas' most cherished terrace models, the Campus originally released in 1972 as a training shoe devoted to basketball players. This latest version of the Campus Vintage features multi-colored woven material on the upper with minor suede and leather highlights. Available this month in limited quantities. The relatively new ZX700 is set to release in snakeskin form as part of March's adidas Consortium series. The boat shoe style is created with Italian snakeskin uppers with highlights including suede and reflective trims as it combines form and function together. adidas' premier Consortium releases for April have been released. The Consortium range seems to not really exude anything special for the month of April with some rather lackluster releases. Perhaps the lack of clear concise direction and concepts has been made apparent. adidas Consortium's use of concepts was put on the back burner in a recent interview with adidas Consortium's Dean Lokes as they decided to return to designing good colorways.
