Also i'm gonna have to add that it's silly to say that by definition introverts prefer and are better at 'quality' and meaningful conversation and topics moreso than extroverts. It's easy to put yourself on a pedestal as an introvert and say that more extroverted people only scratch the surfaces of conversation and talk about bland subjects only. Talking about the weather is usually a starting point for people, especially if they've just met, to eventually dive into more interesting topics. Where introverted people might be more at ease with in some cases, but which doesn't mean extroverted are not  equally capable of discussing such topics.

It's pointless to try and categorize the amounts of extroverts and introverts, there's no actual realistic percentages around and really it doesn't matter. Nobody is 100% one or the other, people are always somewhere on the spectrum, might be well balanced, might be leaning towards one or the other. Again though it doesn't matter, intro or extro either are usually going to be better at some things. Generally speaking extroverts are socially only more capable in the sense that they can pull out quick wit, charm, answers, and are usually seen as good conversationalists. While introverts can prefer the background of a conversation, tend to really shine in discussions that they're familiar with or with peopl they're familiar with, and find themselves busy analysing people and the ways of conversation rather than participating. There's really no good or right, although in some places i society or at a certain age (highschool/college etc) extroverts do tend to get the upper hand socially as 'superficial' and gotcha type conversations are more present.
